ECI – (Birth to 3 years) Infants and toddlers with a diagnosis or a delay in development. Evaluations at no cost to the family. Services include physical, speech and occupational therapies and case management.
Home Visiting – (Prenatal to 5 years) Parenting and early education programs supporting health, safety and school readiness. No cost to the family.
Family Resource Center – A hub of support for parents, expectant mothers, and caregivers of children birth to 5 years living in Hidalgo County. Services include educational workshops, diaper pantry and access to community support resources. No cost to the family.
