Social Support

Community resources and supports to families to help in parent education and child development. Services for families include short-term counseling, parent-centered events, developmental screenings, parents workshops and basic needs. The Starr Co. FRC is located on the South Texas College campus in Rio Grande City.

Easterseals Rio Grande Valley program provides a setting where children with and without disabilities learn and play together. The program focuses on holistic development, utilizing expert staff and offering comprehensive services and family support.
